Dr Kaviraj Kaushik is trained in one of the premier institutes of India. He completed his MBBS and M.S in general surgery from PGIMS Rohtak and finished his MCh. Neurosurgery training from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi.

He was awarded Gold medal from University for being best Neurosurgery resident during his tenure. He has experience managing thousands of brain and spine trauma patients during his residency. After his formal training he has worked with reputed and leading neurosurgeons of India. During his career, he has performed thousands of surgeries for various kind of brain and spine problems.

He has worked as teaching faculty (Assistant Professor, Neurosurgery)at ABVIMS and Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi where he was actively involved in training of Neurosurgery residents and also performed many complex brain and spine surgeries including Foramen Magnum tumor, Kawase's approch to Tricompartmental Trigeminal Schwannoma, aneurysm clipping, CV junction, surgeries and endoscopic endonasal surgery for Pituitary tumors. He has credit to perform en block vertebrectomy for recurrent vertebral tumor.

He has also keen interest in minimal invasive approaches to spine and brain. He has the credit to remove many deep seated brain tumors through key hole transportal surgeries.

He has also mastered the surgical art of removing intradural spinal cord tumors through minimal invasive approach. He is strong believer in conserving the natural anatomy of spine and performs minimal invasive surgeries for degenerative spinal canal stenosis without instrumentation. He also has keen interest in academics and written many articles in reputed national and international journals.
